Information Requirements:
1 Six months of Current freight bills in the following areas:
  a) Domestic Freight Carriers (Less than trailer & Truckload carriers) for Intrastate and Interstate.
  b) Air Freight (within USA)
2 International Freight:


a) Include all Broker or Forwarder freight bills
  b) Air and Ocean shipments
3 Small package:
  a) FedEX - UPS - RPS Etc.
 
  Please include copies of all or any Tariffs or Contracts for each carrier.
  Please include a YTD AP run for each carrier.
    LTL(Interstate)
    LTL(Intrastate)
    Truckload or Rail
    Small Package
    International Air
    Ocean
    International Small Package
    Forwarders
   
  If a majority of the freight is collect, collect reports from the top carriers is required.
